Every week I wonder if I'll only have two or three things worth taking note of. Every week I am surprised.

Corrupt Hardware

This is a review of Corrupt Hardware by Tom Potter. 'Cause Robots Are Neat.'

Robots are neat! There's quite a few places that robots can take you, humor-wise. No matter what, theyare alien to us and you expect them to behave like ... well, robots. With… Continue reading Corrupt Hardware

What Did I Learn?

weekly webcomic reviews by Delos Woodruff

A Rusty Life by Johnathon Bigelow I originally wrote a review of A Rusty Life quite a while ago but most of it seems to have been erased and I was forced to rewrite the review. I didn't remember that ARL started out in March 2003 as a black and… Continue reading A Rusty Life

Strip News

This week is absolutely unbelievable with the amount of news items I want to feature. I cut them down to those things I could simply point you to or are time sensitive. The rest I have filed away to post on later dates as separate posts.

Strip News 8-15-08

It's been a busy week. The Comic Fencing reviews of Tastes Like Chicken should be up by now. Check them out and let us know what you think too. What comic site would be complete without some kind of Superman reference? Via ComicMix, a couple of comic writers were talking about how they would reboot the Superman movie franchise.

What Do Reviewers Know?

In the process of writing a review, I came upon a link which took me to the PVP comic site. Beneath that, Mr. Kurtz was (by chance) talking about a review of their new how-to-make-comics book. It seems the book's reviewer was disappointed in the advice on dealing with critics. It basically seems to boil down to "don't listen." Maybe… Continue reading What Do Reviewers Know?

Fish Tank Webcomic Review

What Did I Learn?
Weekly webcomic reviews by Delos Woodruff
This week's review is on the Fish Tank by Carl Ray.
Fish Tank

The art of the Fish Tank is done in a fun, sketchy style. Those fish are pretty expressive and the action is always clear… Continue reading Fish Tank Webcomic Review
